Ingredients:<\/h3>

    1-2 teaspoons of Frutilu instant drink (choose your favorite flavor)<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    2 dl of water<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    10 sheets of gelatin<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    Directions<\/h3>
    • Preparation of gelatin:<\/strong> Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water in a small bowl and let them soften (about 5-10 minutes). When they are soft, drain them.<\/li>
    • Heating the liquid:<\/strong> In a small pan, heat 2 dcl of water mixed with Frutilu instant drink (we recommend 1-2 teaspoons). Heat until the liquid begins to boil slightly. It is important that the liquid does not boil too much.<\/li>
    • Adding the gelatin:<\/strong> When the liquid is heated, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the drained gelatin sheets. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and mixed with the liquid.<\/li>
    • Chilling:<\/strong> Pour the mixture into candy molds, a small container that can be used to shape the jelly, or into a larger glass container (hardened jelly then simply cut into cubes with a knife). Allow to cool to room temperature.<\/li>
    • Refrigeration:<\/strong> Once the mixture is cooled, place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set completely.<\/li>
    • Forming the candy:<\/strong> Once the jelly has set, carefully remove it from the molds and store in a sealed container.<\/li>
    • That's it! Now you have delicious Frutilu jelly candies, ready to enjoy without any guilty.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

      • For the vegan version:<\/strong> Use 5-10 grams of pectin instead of gelatin. The amount depends on the type of pectin and the desired effect (whether you want softer or harder candies).
