Frutilu recipe: Chocolate cream
When sweet cream is combined with chocolate and Frutilu instant drink Chocolate, Frutilu Chocolate Cream is created – simple, yet divine, captivating with every spoonful. You can enjoy it on its own as a dessert or use it as a cream for cakes, rolls or desserts in a glass. A chocolate cream that takes any dessert to a new level!

250 ml whipping cream
100 g dark chocolate (with as little sugar as possible)
2–3 teaspoons Frutilu chocolate (depending on the intensity of the taste and sweetness)
150 g biscuits (sugar-free if desired)
Fruit of your choice (raspberries, blueberries, bananas, strawberries,...)
Directions:
- Grind the biscuits finely (you can use a blender or seal them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin) and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave (in 10-second intervals to prevent burning). Set aside to cool slightly.
- Whip the cream until it forms peaks, then gradually add the melted chocolate while stirring to maintain a light texture.
- Stir the Frutilu Chocolate into the cream-chocolate mixture. Taste and add more Frutilu powder if necessary for a stronger taste.
- You can use Frutilu chocolate cream for cakes, rolls or standalone desserts, such as chocolate cream with biscuits and fruit:
- Place a layer of crushed biscuits at the bottom of the glass.
- Add a layer of chocolate cream.
- If desired, add fresh fruit in between for freshness and contrast.
- Repeat the process until you have filled the glass: layer of biscuits, cream, fruit, etc. Finish with the cream on top, which you can decorate with grated chocolate, cocoa powder or fresh fruit. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavours infuse and the cream firm up.
