Frutilu recipe: Chocolate Frutilu rolls
Chocolate Frutilu Rolls are a real little treat that combines everything we love about desserts – they’re light, chocolatey and full of flavor. The peanut butter and grated apple filling adds a pleasant sweetness, while the skyr and Frutilu Chocolate topping provides freshness. The rolls are easy to make and sugar-free, so you can enjoy them without a guilty conscience for breakfast, snack or dinner.

60 g skyr
55 g flour
1 teaspoon cocoa
a pinch of baking powder
Frutilu chocolate (to taste)
a teaspoon of peanut butter
grated apple
For the topping: 100 g skyr + Frutilu chocolate
Directions:
- Place the skyr, flour, cocoa, baking powder and Frutilu chocolate in a bowl.
- Knead all the ingredients into a dough and roll out.
- Spread with peanut butter, sprinkle with grated apple and roll up. Cut into pieces of desired thickness and place in a greased ovenproof dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or in an air fryer at 170°C for 15-18 minutes. Adjust the baking time to the size of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, make the topping: mix the skyr and Frutilu chocolate and pour the mixture over the baked rolls.
- Serve.
