1 cup frozen wild berries
50 g flakes (oatmeal, muesli or granola)
Frutilu (flavor of choice) for sweetness to taste
Preparation instructions:
- Preparation of Frutilu yogurt:
- Add the Greek yogurt to the cup.
- Add Frutilu to taste directly into the yogurt until you reach the desired sweetness. Stir well to distribute the Frutilu evenly. - Making breakfast:
- On the Frutilu, the yogurt is evenly distributed to the frozen forest fruits.
- Scatter the flakes over the top. - Serving:
- You can serve breakfast immediately, or put it in the fridge for a few minutes to let the flavors mingle.
