Frutilu recipe: Protein pineapple cottage cheese ice cream
Frutilu protein pineapple ice cream is tropically refreshing, high in protein and so easy to make for breakfast or lunch. You only need 3 ingredients: cottage cheese, coconut milk and Frutilu Pineapple – no added sugar, no fuss and just 100% enjoyment.
Perfect for hot days when you want something cold, light and nutritious. And the best part? You make it in one bowl and no ice cream maker required!

250 g cottage cheese
1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
Frutilu instant drink Pineapple
Directions:
- Put the cottage cheese and coconut milk in a large bowl.
- Blend with a hand blender until smooth and creamy.
- Add the Frutilu Pineapple and blend again to combine evenly.
- Cover the bowl with a lid (or foil) and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Stir the ice cream with a fork every hour to prevent ice crystals from forming and for a fluffier texture.
- When the ice cream is hard enough, remove it from the freezer and serve.
- Enjoy straight from the bowl with a spoon or use a scoop to make scoops for a real summer treat.

- You can use any Frutilu instant drink.
