Frutilu semolina is perfect after a workout, for breakfast, or as an evening treat, and you can prepare it exactly the way you like: with wheat or spelt semolina and regular milk or plant-based drinks for a fully vegan option.

300 ml milk (or plant-based drink)
1/2 teaspoon Frutilu Chocolate
2 tablespoons (30 g) wheat or spelt semolina
coconut oil or butter
cocoa powder for topping
Directions:
- Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Before it starts to boil, remove from heat and stir in Frutilu Chocolate and the semolina.
- Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until the semolina thickens.
- Stir in a little coconut oil or butter.
- Pour into a bowl and sprinkle cocoa on top.
Notes:
- For an even lower-calorie version, use semi-skimmed or skimmed milk, or replace half of the milk with water.
- For a fully vegan version, use coconut, oat, soy, or almond drink instead of regular milk.
