We’ve given this classic duo a modern twist. ❤️ Frutilu Valentine’s yogurt hearts combine creamy Greek yogurt, juicy strawberries, and refreshing Frutilu forest berries drink. Frozen and coated in chocolate, they create the perfect balance of freshness, sweetness, and indulgent flavor. A dessert that’s not only beautiful to look at, but also perfect for guilt-free indulgence – for yourself or someone you love.

150 g Greek yogurt (or skyr)
10 strawberries, cut into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon Frutilu Forest fruits
chocolate for coating (dark, white, or milk)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, Frutilu instant drink, and chopped strawberries.
- Spoon the mixture into a silicone heart-shaped mold or place it onto baking paper using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
- Place in the freezer for 2 hours, or until the hearts are completely frozen.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip the yogurt hearts into the melted chocolate or drizzle the chocolate over them.
- Return the hearts to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate has fully set.
- Store the chocolate hearts in the refrigerator if consuming within a few days, or in the freezer for longer storage.
