Who says a chocolate dessert has to be full of sugar and cream to taste delicious?
This vegan chocolate mousse made with tofu proves just the opposite! It’s wonderfully creamy, rich, and completely guilt-free.
The secret? A blend of dark chocolate, silky tofu, a touch of almond milk, and our Frutilu Chocolate instant drink, which adds flavor and sweetness without any added sugar.
The result is a smooth, velvety mousse with a deep chocolate taste that melts in your mouth and delights everyone — even those who aren’t vegan (yet)!

100 g dark chocolate
300 g tofu
10 g Frutilu Chocolate
2 tablespoons (or more) almond milk (or milk of choice)
Directions:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Place the tofu, melted chocolate, Frutilu Chocolate and milk in a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Tip:
- You can add a tablespoon of cocoa powder for an even richer chocolate flavor.
