Frutilu recipe: Low-calorie Greek yogurt doughnuts
Forget greasy, fried donuts! Frutilu carnival donuts are baked in an air fryer, which means less fat and calories, but a lot of flavor. They are made with Greek yogurt, which is full of protein, and spelt flour enriches them with fiber. Frutilu instant drink Chocolate, which does not contain sugar, provides natural sweetness and an irresistible aroma.

200 g Greek yogurt
150 g flour (whole grain, spelt)
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Frutilu instant drink Chocolate
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and knead into a dough with your hands.
- On a floured surface or between baking paper, roll out the dough to about a centimeter thick with a rolling pin.
- Using a round cookie cutter, cut a circle out of the dough and using a smaller rolling pin, cut another circle in the middle to create a doughnut shape. Repeat until you run out of dough.
- Place each doughnut in a greased air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Set the temperature to 180°C and bake for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Once baked, you can drizzle them with melted chocolate, dip them in glaze, or cut them in half and spread with jam.
