Frutilu recipe: The fluffiest sugar-free apricot muffins

If you’re looking for a simple Easter recipe that combines taste, wellness, and fun, Frutilu sugar-free apricot muffins are the perfect choice.
The preparation is quick and so easy that even the little ones can join in, and the result is so delicious they’ll disappear before they’ve even fully cooled! 🧁

2 eggs
150 ml milk
100 g yogurt
220 g flour
1 packet baking powder (= 1/2 tsp baking soda + 1 tsp cream of tartar)
a pinch of salt
1 x 10 g Frutilu Apricot sachet
Instructions:
- Place the eggs in a bowl and beat for 5 minutes – this is the key step. The mixture should become light and airy.
- Add the milk and yogurt and gently mix.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, and Frutilu.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Mix just until no dry flour remains (do not overmix!). Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Grease the muffin molds and fill them to 3/4.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake for 5 minutes (to achieve the “high dome” effect), then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 12–15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and decorate if desired – with whipped cream or melted chocolate and sprinkles.
- Store the muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
