The buyer can notify FRUTILU within 14 days of receiving the goods that he wants to return the products. Return costs (postage) are borne by the buyer. The buyer must return the products no later than 14 days after the notification that he wants to return the products.
The buyer must return the goods undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity.
Withdrawal from the contract is not possible in the following cases:
- if the goods are damaged, dirty or have visible signs of use (physical damage to the packaging, contact with liquid),
- if the packaging has been opened, torn or the contents have been partially used,
- if the goods have been washed,
- if the fabric is covered with fur or hair,
- if the goods are not complete (e.g. if they are missing components that make up the whole).
- Warning: Bottles and bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
