Frutilu Recipe: Sugar-Free Lemon & Lime Panna Cotta

400 ml heavy cream
100 ml milk
1/4-1/2 Frutilu Lemon Lime
10 g powdered gelatin
100 ml water
1/4 teaspoon Frutilu Lemon Lime
5 g powdered gelatin
Directions:
- Heat the cream and milk in a saucepan.
- The liquid should be hot but must not boil.
- Remove from the heat and add the powdered gelatin and Frutilu instant drink.
- Mix well until everything dissolves.
- Pour into glasses or molds.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours, ideally overnight.
- For the topping: heat the water, stir in Frutilu and gelatin, then pour over the set panna cotta.
- Place in the refrigerator for half an hour, or until the topping sets.
