Do not put the tumbler in the microwave.
Take care with hot drinks.
FLOW keeps drinks hot for a long time. Always check the temperature before drinking.
Straw: maximum 60 °C.
The included straw is not suitable for drinks or food above 60 °C. Do not use it with hotter drinks.

The amount of Frutilu instant drink depends on how much beverage you want to prepare and how intense you like the flavour. Below are some general guidelines:
- For 3 dcl of water: use approximately 1/4 teaspoon
- For 1/2 liter (5 dcl) of water: use approximately 1/2 teaspoon
- For 1 liter of water: use approximately 1 teaspoon
Of course, feel free to adjust the flavour to your liking! Some prefer a stronger taste, others a milder one. Frutilu gives you the freedom to create your perfect drink – always without added sugar and full of natural freshness.
Frutilu drinks do not contain sugar, but the natural sweetener stevia and the sweetener sucralose.
Frutilu drinks contain the natural sweetener stevia and the sweetener sucralose. Both sweeteners are energy-free, do not raise blood sugar, and are also suitable for diabetics. Our goal is to offer refreshing drinks with natural sweetness.
Frutilu drinks do not contain harmful substances, so they are suitable for children, but in moderate quantities.
Frutilu drinks have received a food safety certificate, so they are suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before consuming.
Frutilu drinks are a welcome addition to slimming diets, as they do not contain sugar and help reduce the appetite for sweets. Drinks can also be used as a sweetener and flavoring to prepare sugar-free sweet dishes or mocktails.
