Frutilu Recipe: Snow Globe Mocktail – a Festive Drink That Delights

hoursIngredients:
150 ml water
1/4 teaspoon Frutilu Forest Fruits (or flavor of choice)
a few blueberries
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
string and a bit of tape
chilled sparkling water
optional: edible glitter
Directions:
- Mix 1/4 teaspoon of Frutilu Forest Berries into 150 ml of water until fully dissolved.
- Add a few blueberries (fresh or frozen).
- Place an upside-down sprig of rosemary into the glass so it resembles a small tree. Secure it with string and tape so it stands upright in the center of the glass.
- Place the glass in the freezer and allow it to freeze completely - about 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove the frozen glass from the freezer and carefully remove the tape and ribbon.
- Sprinkle with edible glitter if desired for an extra festive touch.
- Slowly pour chilled sparkling water into the glass. The icy “snow globe” will melt gradually, creating a magical visual effect.
Alcoholic version:
- Add a splash of gin, vodka, or sparkling wine to the sparkling water for an elegant, refreshing, and visually stunning festive cocktail.
